Letters from the Field – 2010

Thank you very much for facilitating the donation of various medical supplies and equipment from International Hope Canada to our San Carlos City Hospital. The items sent will go a long way in our efforts to provide quality service to our poor constituents. The City Government passed resolutions to express our gratitude to the people behind this laudable contribution.

Thank-you for your generous donation of approximately 500 pounds of medical supplies. The ten suitcases were taken as extra humanitarian aide pieces of luggage by ten of the participants. We used the first rate first aid kit you sent along and also conducted hygiene classes on hand washing and prevention of dental caries. All of the supplies were delivered to Agua Negra. The two suitcases donated were also given to them for storage purposes.

The medical supplies are a godsend and truly appreciated. Thank you again for all of your support. Together we can all make a difference.

I believe that gratitude should go to members of IHC who willingly give their time to collect medical equipment and generously donate them to help fellow human beings in far away countries that they do not know and may never know or meet.
